It's the big one okes; just announced a short while ago; the new Type R.

FWD; manual option only; 306bhp (228kw); 400nm torque; 0-100km/h in 5.7 secs; top speed 270km/h.

This is going to a cracker!

Not a problem because you're probably only going to want to see ahead when you put your foot down.
Rear visibility is for people who drive slow cars.

But yeah, rear visibility is something you need to get used to in a Civic hatch

Big fail for Honda in my eyes. They made too big of a hype with the concept and then released this POS. Nope! Thanks but no thanks!

Seems they blew the styling budget on the front wheel arches, so there wasn't anything left for the rear ones. Front and back halves don't look like they should belong to the same car; what an unfortunate looking thing... If they wanted to compete with the Golf R, they've already failed.

I cannot agree more. The concept looked damn good, and still classy. This looks like it came out of some 3rd party Brakpan East Coast Customs shop! Looks stuck together and not moulded together like the concept.
