Just got my voucher... lol.. not even R100.. just R30
The least they could do is drop the minimum spend to something like R100. This like one of those Chinese store vouchers which are more of an insult than not offering any discount at all.

On average the discount they're offering is well less than 5% on items that have mostly been inflated in price before being featured.

Best case is 6.6% if you somehow manage to come across an item priced at exactly R450.

Does anyone know how the voucher will work. Is it minimum off something or just 200 off without any limit

It should be R200 off. No minimum spend.

Only restriction that may apply is that you may not be able to purchase a voucher with it to extend the expiry.

I made a purchase with my FNB virtual card over a week ago, and haven't received any voucher yet. Any ideas?
It's still not March yet. Hence nobody has received theirs yet.

Also, if you made any online purchases using your physical card, Ozow, Payfast or any other payment method other than a Virtual card in the month of February, you are likely ineligible to receive a voucher from them.

The premise behind the promotion is to encourage the use of a virtual card rather than your actual card as it's safer. The reality is they want people to stop using instant EFT services.

Have FNB confirmed this? Such a bummer if so, the message on the app should have then said so.

The instructions they gave are pretty clear:

"Receive a R200 Takealot voucher when you pay with your FNB Virtual Card for all your online shopping during February 2022."

My bad then, I didn't read the "all" in the sentence. Guess I'll be missing out then :(

Same, but in my case I had no choice because the Virtual Card service was down, so I used instant EFT. I stood to lose more than R200 in value by not making payment on time.
