It sucks that the teams are not playing as well as they did in the group stages, USA, Aus now Senegal, silly mistakes, poor finishes infront of goal, even Poland were a no show today

Japan v Croatia ought to be a good one. I have no hope for the Portugal v Switzerland game though.
Hopefully Japan V Croatia is a good one, last thing we need is for you to be bored to death and switch off the tv.

Yeah, on paper the Portugal v Switzerland game is the dullest of the round of 16. Looks to be a close fought, scrappy match, with 2 very well organized sides.

Mostly because of some games going against the odds. Japan winning their group, Germany, Spain, Belgium exiting early etc.
Spain isn't eliminated
Whats wrong with the draw, why are all the top teams facing each other in quarters?
The good thing is that there's no Mickey Mouse bracket with all the small teams in it like the last WC, the bracket at England purposely lost to Belgium to be in but still failed at the semis

Who switched off the TV? I switched the channel. I still haven't finished watching Andor, you can't tell me the last 30 minutes of that game was more exciting than Andor.

I watched a doccie on their stadiums and it seems they've promised to dismantle a lot of them and hand them to third world countries. It is ridiculous that they'd give the hosting to a non football nation. Even when we know the bribe must have been bigger than the usual FIFA.
Rather that, than sit with a white elephant
