JOHANNESBURG: A bigger and better Division 1 CSA T20 Challenge gets underway on Friday, 27 September with tons in store for fans!

From an incredible R1 Million One-Hand Catch, to R1 Million in tuition fees repayment for students and unforgettable in-stadium activations, fans are in for a treat at every match!

In the One-Hand Catch Competition, fans can test their skills and stand a chance to win R1 Million in cash!

The tournament is also giving back to students through a R1 Million Giveaway towards settling their outstanding tertiary fees. By simply attending any T20 Challenge match ten (10) lucky students will be in line to win up to R100,000 each for their fees.

Any fan who attends a T20 match at any of the hosting stadiums, will go into a lucky draw for an all-expenses paid trip to the New Years Test to watch the Proteas Men play against Pakistan in January 2025.

In addition to the above, all fans are in for a treat with fun match-day activations and stand a chance to win prizes such as hampers, t-shirts, caps, and Proteas inbound match tickets.

Kids that attend the matches are in for a vibrant and festive atmosphere including Jumping Castles, Giant Inflatables and a Treasure Hunt where they stand a chance to win vouchers from a toy store of their choice, up to R2,000.00.

Fans can look forward to a fun-filled day of cricket while enjoying top-notch entertainment on and off the field. Best-Dressed Spot Prizes will be up for grabs including a chance to present the Man of the Match Award!

WOZA NAWE! 2024/25 T20 CHALLENGE SQUADS ANNOUNCED

JOHANNESBURG: Cricket South Africa (CSA) is thrilled to unveil the squads for the 2024/25 Division 1 T20 Challenge, inviting fans across the nation to "Woza Nawe" – come join us – as we celebrate South Africa's iconic domestic T20 competition.

This year's edition of the T20 Challenge will commence on Friday, 27 September and promises more than just top-tier cricket. The "Woza Nawe" initiative ensures fans will enjoy a vibrant and inclusive matchday experience, with entertainment, community engagement activities, and much more.

In the opening round of fixtures this coming weekend, defending champions, DP World Lions, will face the Momentum Multiply Titans at DP World Wanderers in Johannesburg on Friday in the renowned Jukskei Derby.

On Saturday, Knights will mark their return to the top division with a clash against Auto Investments North West Dragons at the Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein.

On Sunday, World Sports Betting Western Province host Goldrush Boland in the Cape derby, while Dafabet Warriors take on last season’s finalists, Hollywoodbets Dolphins, at Dafabet St George’s Park in Gqeberha.

This year’s Division 1 T20 Challenge is not just about the cricket, it’s about bringing people together. The ‘Woza Nawe’ campaign, is a call on fans to unite, celebrate the game, and support the teams.
