My chronic script was due yesterdag already. Went to pick it up this morning. Crowds in the pharmacy, and had to stand in a long queue because a bunch of ****heads wanted their meds for 3 months in advance.

We've seen copies of 2 political tweets - one claimed it's from start of Thurs., the other claimed start of Fri.

I know in this case it would have been their TV news.
Also, instead I must admit it's probably a safer bet to plan not to be out and about on Thurs., at least until there's more certainty.
Agreed, lots of interpretations... maybe this one leans towards some proof, but who knows...

Will liquor stores fall under non essential goods and if they are closed what about the supermarkets that have wine licences ............will they be allowed or not allowed to sell wine during the specified hours?

Yes Thursday the 26 March, so lock down is enforced from 00h00 Thursday.

It's both. The first refers to the day just ending, the second to the day just starting.

You can write one o'clock two ways. 13:00 or 01:00.
