Can I walk the dog?

Cousin in England says she can, but you must remain 2 metres from another person

We do not yet know if you will be allowed to exercise out of home, or walk your dog.
In some countries lockdowns specifically made provision for jogging close to home, or other forms of outdoor exercise done with care to avoid contact with other people. Some local governments even encouraged outdoor exercise, as a mental health measure.
It was not immediately clear if this would be the case in South Africa, with regulations not yet formalised.

Is it illegal to point where are army checkpoints?

Good question but given that you're legally allowed to film and photo police at a roadblock, In this type of situation i would doubt it... If it is then I would say that the information should be made widely available and given that it is not... Yeah, im failing to see any problems with this.

Anyways mods can remove my post if this is a problem.

Seems a lot of people had the idea to go out to get their shopping for the next week rather than leaving it for the weekend. But no-one was buying huge quantities of anything. I also suspect the first round that was actual stockpiling made people concerned that if they didn't get the groceries today the stockpiling nuts would be back grabbing everything (it's easy to get around per customer limits).

I feel like this is a way bigger problem in other countries where they are not self sufficient, i.e. UK only produces 50% of the food they use so border closures and lock downs can heavily affect the availability of food stocks.

Where i'm at, all the shops are chockablock full.
