No it's not, mate plays poker about once a week. Winnings goes into bank account.
The legal online gambling is sports betting and a few licensed casino games. Sure you can play poker illegally but that's not a proper reflection of the SA online industry. It's a tiny drop in the ocean tbh.

For every 1 dude playing poker there's 10 000 who aren't betting on sports etc here, on our sites. Even online casino is down, people aren't spending much.

One of the most popular online bets is on lucky numbers, those draws have been cancelled. The few legal online live roulette games we have been cancelled as they are hosted in casinos. Most of the biggest sites in SA don't have a virtual alternative.

It's going to cull many of the stragglers in the industry. Some of the general software license fees are 200k+ alone.

Not everyone out there is as vigilant as you.
Go live your life as a hermit then as AIDS can "technically" be transmitted through a cough. Most in the know agree that keeping a 1-2m distance and washing your hands is sufficient. Telling people to go overboard and increase frustration levels doesn't do any good.

Lucky numbers haven't been cancelled. There's no way that they'd cancel it while lottery draws happen world wide. Sports betting is basically dead at the moment though.
