I signed up for a new contract which has 250mb data included. Half way through the month I checked my usage and I find there is no data inculded and my bill is way more than what it should be.
I tried phoning (16 March iirc) but I was told to go to a store. I get to the store, and they made me phone in again. That time I at least got promised a reference number but I never received it.
So 17 March I emailed customer service, 5 days later I get a reply (22 March) asking for a copy of my upgrade form. I emailed this back the very same day. Now its 30 March and still nothing.
So now what? Is 2+ weeks turn around time standard? I think I've given CellC more than enough time to get this sorted out and have been very lenient but now it looks like absolutely nothing is happening
