It seems that the only requirement to be a recruiter now days is to have a firm grasp of adverbs and adjectives and not much else. I can almost guarantee you that the recruiter has little to no knowledge of what you would be doing everyday if asked but could definitely give you a colourful illustration of the "action packed digital product serving" and how you will be "working with other instrumental pieces of a large, dynamic puzzle that fit nicely inside a creative, vibrant environment." I don't know about anyone else but this paints the picture of trying to flog a mediocre product while having to work in an environment full of self important hipsters - everyones nightmare!
These stupid descriptions are just fillers to make the posts look longer (and waste your time nogal) while also trying to make it look like they know what they talking about. This is akin to companies that are looking for "ninja programmers" (WTF is that anyway) or companies that are looking for "enthusiastic, motivated, self starter, go getters" because we all know if they don't add that in the post the unenthusiastic, unmotivated, no starter, no getters will be all over that post and expecting placement ASAP.
