2oceansvibe Radio and NetDynamix part ways

Well, if they did it because of inflated statistics, I reckon that is a bit harsh.

However, if they did it because, when the statistics were questioned, their provider came back with all kinds of excuses such as broken laptops/phones, lost data, etc, well done. I certainly would not want to do business with someone who ducks their head into the sand when audit time approaches.
 
Well done to rpm for doing this investigation. And well done to 2oceansvibe for doing the responsible thing by quickly severing ties with NetDynamix.

Regarding NetDynamix... ya, I don't think I need to say it, do I?

I don't think it's harsh at all. This is NetDynamix's core business, and in between the chaos, they even said that they provide the streaming service, but are not experienced in getting the statistics. This to me shows that they obviously have no idea what the hell they're doing, and is effectively just a reseller, although they claim to have this awesome top secret network.

Also they handled the situation VERY poorly. I would not do business with someone who's very first reaction to confrontation is to serve legal papers, as it goes against everything I believe about doing business.

I would have dropped them as well.

I have learnt something valuable about marketing today. Thought their brands would suffer but this is just free advertising for them.

+1. Well for 2oceansVibe radio at least. Even though I don't listen to online radio, and have never heard of either of these 2 stations, or NetDynamix, what I've taken away from this is:
- NetDynamix - bunch of low-lifes full of arrogance, excuses, lies and trickery.
- Ballz Radio - arrogant
- 2oceansVibe - respect - worth checking out -will Google them, see what they're what about, and listen for a bit.
 
Must say not impressed with 2 oceans - HTTPS errors 404 pages on lots of links.

Not sure if this is due to changover but they need some work.
 
"over 45,000 downloaded (fact)." Unique downloads? or attempts at downloads? Or if i use Getright and it connects 10 times, does it count as 10 downloads? We need to demand an audit! :D
