They have not learnt anything from the 500billion the cadres looted in 2 months... When this lot hear anything with the words "billions" in it, all hell breaks loose. Its a pity that in 2022 march the anc will still be in possession of the keys to the coffers

Please world, don't give these motherfuckers your money..

They will just steal it like they did our Covid recovery funds, ol'e Cyril will pretend to look shocked & morally affected for a hot minute or until the next scandal at least, then when the law eventually catches up with the crooks they will excuse the most corrupt lawbreakers & give them a free get out of jail card medical parole, all the while Wakanda-level-promising you the world on a planet only they are living on while being undermined by the very people they prevented from going to jail in the first place.

If you value your money, your faith, your sanity, stay the **** away..

Please engineer a regime change instead, like you did with Apartheid. The DA should be liberal and leftists enough for your envisaged paradigm (right?).

Yip.. SA double downs on stupid decisions, don't listen to those pesky Western countries, don't want to be a team player ...

But hey.. begging bowl is out now. Gimme Gimme Gimme.
Because like most stupid simpletons, they actually think they know better. It matters not if in reality they're thicker than pig feces. All that matters is "Hau wena, I am in chaaarge"

De Ruyter says poor management is the cause of load shedding. Cyril reckons money will fix it. They seem to be reading from different notes.

Well, Cyril is arguing from point of: https://www.biznews.com/undictated/2019/02/08/eskom-split-taxpayers working, De Ruyter is talking in regards to Eskom. I think the latter is the more likely to be "fixed" first, right now estimates are end of 2022 for unbundling, so Eskom energy problem earliest fix is looking to be end of 2023 earliest. I'm curious if municipalities buying private power will be before Eskom unbundles.

For the smaller and more organised municipalities I can see them getting something in place before Eskom unbundles, but for the vast majority nope.. it is still 5 - 10 years away for them.

Cyril, we don't need to fleece international investors to try "sort out electricity"...

We can do it much easier, just fire Uncle Gweezy, and open up the energy market more. The Private sector will surprise you at just how fast they can bring capacity online and within budget as well.
And get rid of AA and BEE.
