30 gig Cap

With all this talk about local capping etc I would like to find out something. I heard through the grapevine that Telkomonoply were introducing local capping, however I heard that they were going to increase the cap to 30 gig.

Can anyone confirm this ?

from what i know there planning on local capping.
as for the 30 gig cap, it just wouldnt be telkom

telkom will probly increase the cap to 5gb for 249 and then they will bring in a 30gb account for much more
