300Mb of my data just disappeared!

Thanks for the help Dr. Data. I appreciate that you tried to find out what happened. You guys are doing a great job.
As it stands I'm going to have to write off the R250 as just one of those things that happens but i'll continue to use MTN's services.

Always a pleasure. Just a hint so that this does not occur again. Whenever you purchase a data bundle or even load airtime for that matter. Always call again immediately after that to the IVR to make sure the correct balance is reflected. If it is not then you know there could have been an error and can take the necessary steps to resolve it. ;)
