31 Days WITHOUT Telkom WiFi Or a Landline connection on a BUSINESS ACCOUNT (My Story)
Hey, I would like to complain about TELKOM'S atrocious CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The internet (ADSL line) & Landline went off on Mothers Day (14 of May 2017). Today, its been exactly 31 days off - no Internet or landline - keep in mind this is a BUSINESS ACCOUNT with TELKOM. Every time when you phone or tweet them. They give a generic response. After day 31, they STILL "waiting on feedback from their team." On day 14 (28th of May) without any "Feedback from their team," I decided to phone them. They said will come Monday & fix it. Monday comes around... No technician, no phone call, no sms, no nothing. Phone them Tuesday, they say someone will come around today... Tuesday : no technician, no phone call, no sms, no nothing. Wednesday. Still nothing. No communication. I phoned them, they give their apologies BUT can't give a exact time estimation when it will be fixed (WTF?)... On the 2nd of June (after complaining for the last few days on twitter,) they say I can get a free integrated SIM (they only mention this after day 19 without Internet) & guess WHAT? The integrated Sim that's used when the WiFi is down has only 1 GIG on it?! I have a UNCAPPED plan! The GIG did not even last 1 full time... Thursday (8th of June/Day 25,) fed up.. Phone Telkom, they say they apologize and I can get a FREE wireless router uncapped and phone at the nearest Telkom.. Gives all the details and reference number etc. 9th of June : Go into Telkom and give me a BS story of they need to order it and it "MIGHT" only get there at the END of the MONTH in JUNE (this is on the 9th of June.) & When asked when will the landline and WiFi be fixed...they say that TOO will only be fixed at the end of the month BUT THEY CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE FIXED BY THEN!!!
This has been the most PATHETIC, INSANELY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EXPERIENCED MY ENTIRE LIFE.
