whats the best way of cancelling a telkom internet account. Tried phoning 0800200500 and 10215, but they full of crap. they said the only way to cancel an account is to email idirect@telkomsa.net

I phoned 10219, spoke to one of the call center people and cancelled my ISDN account on the spot.
No 30 day notice period, no written notice.

Catch must be very high contention ratios, and prioritized to sh*t during business hours. But I might be wrong?
