Tempting, they were at 24 units on the Creatilty Ender 5 in the morning and now down to 4 now when I checked. Oh well, I still have an unopened oscilloscope from 2018, I don't need any more TOYS! I don't!

What is the Ender 5 like?

I'm wanting to sell my Wanhao D6 as i just can't find build tak for it anymore and my adhesion has gone down the drain.

I'm loving mine. It is heavily modified though, but even without all the mods it was functioning great.

For adhesion I just slapped on a piece of glass. I've had very good success with the ClearVu from Extrusion World. No Pritt or anything.
If you want to go ABS I would suggest getting something like Magigoo + glass or alternatively Whambam. Whambam is very pricey though.

how does the Ender 5 handle glass? Cause my Wanhao can't detect the bed anymore once i tried glass - it seems the auto bed level sensor is induction based and looked for something it couldn't find in the glass.

Without BLTouch you would set the z-axis offset manually (as with the standard Ender 5), but I'm using BLTouch now so that isn't an issue for me. Pre-BLTouch I had zero issues. You are in control of where the nozzle is since you have a limit switch for the z-height

About the induction bed level sensor: I have a CR-10s Pro V1 with one of those on, and it works just fine. The aluminium bed below the glass is still metal and I just had to adjust the sensitivity of the sensor. For everything else there is the z-offset. Perhaps the sensor I have on there is more sensitive than the one included on the Wanhao D6. Never played with any Wanhao.

I saw this gem today, will save me loads of time looking for that missing STL through different folders. (No, I'm not the best at naming files correctly. :))

I use the Windows 10 preview pane to see the file and manipulate it. Just install 3D Viewer and enable the preview pane.
No space bar, no closing windows, nothing. Just click once to select file

Looks good. Gonna jump in the deep end with a big print tonight & hope I get the exposure settings right for a 0.1 layer height. This was printed at 0.05.

A little nervous about a resin print this size. 650ml, 750g. Would prefer to tilt these models but time constraints etc. So...

Can't really show the detailed side. Was expecting hiccups but this went surprisingly well. Haven't had a chance to check tolerances yet but everything looks good.
