After waiting over 10 minutes waiting for an operator to answer my 155 call (and the # "we'll call you back" function doesn't work!!!), I hope somebody can help me...
I've so far used just over 400 meg of my half-gig contract. Yet, I keep on getting these pop-ups that say I've exceeded my 500 meg limit.
1. Can somebody tell me why this happens?
2. From what date to what date is a data-bundle "month". from the 1st to the 30th? the 3rd to the 2nd?
