3G coverage dissapeared

The 3G coverage at my house has dissapeared. This happened about two days ago. V3G was any changes made to the network then?

The cell info still reports 3G & HSDPA enabled.

Here's all the info i have on the cell:
Cellid: 51363 (C8A3)
LAC: 137 (0089)
Net: 655 01
Name: XXB3P6 C
Signal: 51% -81 dBm
Tower name: Elardus Park - 3 Or Elardus Park - 1
