3G for bedfordview down???

i cant get 3G reception from Vodacom in Bedfordview. i am using huawei e620, internet apn and i got hsdpa, the problems started this morning
i can get to GPRS thou
keeps on alternating from acquiring status to no network and stuff alike
anyone experiencing same problem in same area?
help!!!
