3G HSDPA Service unavailable?

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with 3G service?
I am in Stellenbosch and cannot get connected via 3G, my Linksys just flashes blue for a while and then stops. 155 seems very busy I was on hold for 15 mins earlier - gave up. Am trying now again its been 10 minutes..

Working fine in Plattekloof, which APN are you using?
