3G in stellenbosch is down (again)

Is there someone from MTN data out there? I hope so...
I live in Stellenbosch and usually have 3G reception at my house. I know this for a fact. It has been down since last week (I used 3G on Wednesday, but from Friday it has been off.) When I phone to report it, they ask me where I live and when I tell them, they say that I don't have 3G coverage - according to their map, the coverage area ends a few hundred meters from me. And this seems to be a satisfactory answer.

Well, the truth is, I do get 3G, and its off. Is there anyone else in Stellenbosch who has lost their 3G? Can anyone tell me where the 3G tower is, so that I can go and stand there while I report the problem?

No 3G in the Jamestown / Technopark area where there usually is. No 3G since last week Friday.

Yeah, when I checked yesterday evening I couldn't get 3G either.

When did u start getting 3G Signal? As we have Sites in Stellenbosch that are being upgraded. These upgrades have not been completed yet so you might have picked up the 3G when testing was being done.

aah, that would explain why I got one bar of HSDPA in stellies 2 weeks ago.

Today I had partial 3G in Stellenbosch. The signal is definitely weaker at the moment. Have weak 3G on the bottom floor at my office, and top floor no 3G. Usually have good 3G on both floors. Hopefully it's related to the upgrades.
