3G signal Liberty Midlands Mall

Hi, Recently visited the mall. 3G signal is strong, but no data. Rebooted, still didn't work. I then set the device to 2G preferred. Then I could send emails/browse the web. Obviously it was a little slow.

So can anyone from Maritzburg confirm, is Vodacom signal broken at the Mall?
