The card sometimes refuses to register on the MTN network, and when it eventually does, it does not get the GPRS/3G connection up. I've been into a service centre and the guys tell me there is nothing wrong with the SIM card, however, if I use any other SIM card ir works perfectly first time every time...
Now what can I do? I don't see why I should have to pay for a SIM swap when MTN cannot promise that the problem will be fixed.
