How do they ship the item and what about customs?

Some times you get charged sometime you don't. Courier will let you know if duty is due. You can pretty much buy the same spec as SA at more than half the price even with duty. Free shipping is normally HK Post (or one of the Chinese postal services). You would have to wait a few weeks, but I've had items within 2 weeks before. They also have the DHL/FedEx options. Look carefully as sometimes they are really cheap.
