3G upload speeds in Glenwood, Durban

Hi everyone - I would like to know if anyone else (either in Glenwood, Durban or countrywide) is having the same problem which makes Skype useless as the person you are phoning cannot hear you. Today my download speed is >1.64Mb/s which is OK but the upload is only 0.02Mbs. I have had a CellC dongle since September last year so my contract runs out at the end of next month and I have to start thinking about which service provider (apart from Telkom ADSL due to line cost) is the best way forward
