When have large faceless corporations ever cared about the law, in this ****hole. The Act is probably as badly written as the rest of south africa's Acts, so the courts will make the laws, as the usually do. And as we all know, that's decided on who's got the better lawyer.

This is bad, as everybody should have the same rights and restrictions, no matter how big or small.

The quoted section is actually a part of our fundamental rights. Whether it is enforced by constitution I don't know, it will be less expensive to enforce if it is clearly defined by the law.
