4chan raids: how one dark corner of the internet is spreading its shadow

The internet is full of dark places. There are websites where people gather to share illegal images, buy illicit drugs and air offensive opinions that wouldn’t be tolerated on most mainstream sites. But just as the memes and jokes that originate on forums such as 4chan spread to the wider internet, the hatred expressed there doesn’t stay put either.

Plains of Africa

4chan and /pol/
Did anyone follow the -- perhaps - high level FBI / analyst "whistle-blower"
Most of what the person said seems to have been born out by later events ( election of Trump )
What was even more interesting is that the poster claimed that future war would be fought on the "plains of Africa"
( Note: NOT Out of Africa )

Well that has pretty much been going on for quite a number of years
The recent history of sub-Saharan Africa is mainly one of wars in just about every one of the countries.

IF said whistle-blower was by some chance on the Trump team I wonder what significance one should read into it ?
