Hello guys. Any of you use it? Has it helped you? What did you use it for if it did help you?

Yeah, it straightened out my sleep. I don't deal well with changes to my sleep routine so I used it after we moved house. Worked great for me.
Looking back I wonder now if it didn't also have an effect as a mood stabiliser of sorts as the move was a stressful time as well.
Maybe a bit of both, but I definitely think it worked well.

Have used it before and combined it with ECGC.
Had a positive effect in terms of mood and well being feeling, but not ground breaking.

Did nothing to help with sleep though

I found that it gave me a calming/chill out effect. It didn't work as a sleeping aid.

It increased my hunger though, which is the reason I stopped using it.

You can also try ZMA or Ashwagandha as well...

I currently use the Clicks brand (110mg) 5-HTP

For the first few days my dreams were vividly terrifying but then settled and I've been on it every second day for some months. YMMV but I've had a positive experience using it for mood. It could be placebo, but it's cheap and "works"

I also have the vivid scary dreams problem. Not on these pills though. When my meds wear off or if there's any changes in my meds. Sucks badly.

I used ZMA in the past, used to sleep the sleep of the dead, but I would wake up with one hell of a stiffy. My gf at the time wanted none of it, so I gave up.

I would rather have gotten a new gf.
Stiffies don't last forever :p

Smoke a joint
Doesn't work for everyone.
Won't help if you suffer from depression to sleep better.

I smoke it too, I'm manic-depressive and can't sleep without meds. I stay awake for days and no amount of weed has ever been able to let me sleep in such times.
