In terms of the resolution of the speed issues, we are
still on track to have those issues resolved by the end of
August 2004, so as of the 1st of September 2004 you should
see an improvement in the services that you are receiving
on the MyWireless Product.
As our technicians and the technicians from IPWireless are
still implementing changes on the network you may find
periods when the service deteriorates due to changes that
are being made.
In terms of you question regarding whether the services are
supposed to be fixed by now, Sentech advised in a public
press release that the issues on the network would be
resolved by the latest the end of August 2004. This still
leaves one week before the deadline and we are still on
track to have the issues resolved by then.

This comes from the support people. I complained that even lower speeds than normal is just not "fixing the problem" in my book.
They WONT have it fixed by 1 Sept. If you want to cancel you may as well cancel now. Or I will eat my hat.
