5G Home Premium in Midrand is useless...

This is my experience from RAIN 5G today in Midrand...restarted Radio multiple times.

It is such a poor experience.

I hate it that I cannot call someone at a support centre for assistance...this is such poor service.

I have had a good 4 weeks but today is very bad. International seems worse.

Also getting extremely slow speeds from about after 14:00 in the Reeds, Centurion area.

What will be the point of such a hashtag? let those who are not satisfied with the service move to other service providers and those that are happy with the service can continue to use the service. I know it is a radical idea, but still...

If only we can figure out how to cancel Rain.... their phone does not get answered, there email does not work anymore, I can not log a support ticket, and I dm'd their representative last night and he have yet to respond....

Also they the only real option for me where I stay.

No fibre or very slow fibre with high price. Other providers also heavily capped and more expensive.

So moving is not a real option for me.

Not true. I have cancelled many rain products before.

So how is the hashtag helpful in your situation? If Rain falls you will have fewer options. Did you think about that?
