I think is good news since the corruption was discovered and the money is being reclaimed as opposed to the sweeping under the carpet approach synonymous with the previous government.

Only a comment that could be forthcoming from You! Damn the audacity defies me! There are thousands of cases brought in the open daily, mostly by High Power ANC officials in GVT! and wiped under the carpet again! nothing is done to really recoup the losses! Zuma is but one example! Only one maybe clean is Madiba himself and you compare it with the previous GVT of 12 Years ago. Are you talking about the 5000 toilets? You live in your own time-frame, El Sicko!

Angelo, let me explain the 'previous government' to you :

Say the 'previous government' collected R15 from all the taxpayers (which were mostly white). They stole R5 & there was R10 left for new roads, schools, etc.

The 'current government' collects R15, they steal R30 & then phone Trevor Manual to find out if the whites are paying enough tax & of any ideas to let them pay even more.

Mufamadi wife 'wins' R5m tender

Minister's wife awarded R5-million tender. corruption?
Gauteng transport department head Sibusiso Buthelezi awarded a R5-million tender to the company of Nomusa Mufamadi, wife of cabinet minister Sydney Mufamadi, without following proper tender procedures.

Buthelezi has acknowledged that he did not follow normal tender procedures when awarding a contract to Integrasol (Pty) Ltd, of which Mufamadi is the managing director. This was to assist the transport department with the conversion of taxi permits to operating licences.

Fisheries fund 'blows R98-million'/ and some more?

The state's Marine Living Resources Fund is R45-million in debt from having R53-million in its coffers by the end of March 2005, the Cape Times reported on Tuesday.

Its website said the fund's travel and entertainment costs went up from just over R2-million in 2004/05 to R23-million in 2005/06.

This comes after the annual budget for the 2005/06 financial year was reduced to less than the budget of 2002.

The fund is the operational budget of the Department of Environment and Tourism's Marine and Coastal Management (MCM) and is tasked with managing the country's multibillion-rand fishing industry.

The problems were highlighted in the newsletter of a company now run by former MCM head Horst Kleinschmidt and former MCM chief director Shaheen Moolla.

Kleinschmidt said it was time for the record to be set straight.

"MCM is making out that they inherited a financial mess we created, that they inherited a fund that was broke. That is simply not true. In 2004/05 we ran MCM and all its vessels on our budget, and we still came out with R53-million in the kitty."

I don't think you can compare the corruption of the previous government with what is being uncovered NOW on an almost daily basis!

Next you're going to say it's good news because they do corruption better than the previous regime?

This comment is valid in here too!

It is really funny to read the comments of these El sicko's if they feel ashamed and disgruntled due to the facts and references to fraud, corruption, murder, rape and theft by their own kind or "brothers" and leaders in the GVT, public sector and structures and their churches! Then having to blame everything or everyone else and sundry for the lack of intellect and humility of their own kind and then react by flaming others or just put on the blinkers and hide the shame! Shame! What a way to live!

We have to wait for it. The last repayment scheme for up to R200000.00 fraud was a R20.00 - R200.00 pay off offering. They did not fix the time of six months yet!
