Sign up with GoogleIt seems that Vodacom can't deliver on their end of the bargain anymore. I had 2 days of heaven (when 3G was working brilliantly) and then at 9PM today (wednesday) the connection was dropped after about 5 hours of activity and then error 619 came in full force, even on the GPRS only profile!!! 
I am getting utterly fed up with vodacom right now.
v3g, I appreciate everything you have done to help me, even when I was at my maddest, but it seems you are a sheep amongst wolves there at vodacom, and you are the only one who really cares about the service that vodacom is delivering (which is nothing at the moment).
It is nice to know that CellC is there for me during these horrible times (even at R2 p/mb!) and this message comes through their network, which is perfect!
Again, I live in Protea Park, Rustenburg. I use VMC 7 with the latest firmware from the vodacom website. My data card is a Merlin U630 and it uses this number: 0823007580
I surely hope that something can be done about this problem, we have very important information that must be sent to the Immigration Department in Australia to organise our visa, and nothing can be done when we have no internet!
