Yes, that is pretty good. It sometimes goes higher! But mostly around there. Depending where you are downloading from...[8D] The dreaded cap is something to look out for though...

I am busy downloading the new Beta SP2 XP from microsoft.com and i get an average of 56KB/s ! Thats the average international for me, i don't get anything less! highest recorder from microsoft was 59KB/s !
and the funny thing is that i am getting this speed while capped! i have been *capped* for the past 2 days. my transfer was about 4.5 gigs this month and i am still going strong! so i don't worry about the cap at all.

I also experienced this phenomena for a week or so earlier this month after I was supposed to be capped.
I doesnt last, but you shoud be Ok because today is the end of the month.

BUT can often upload at 63 kbps
