Typical ANC kneejerk reaction: Arrest everything that moves on and around the minedump to somehow show/prove that you care. Do we need any further proof that Cele is a clown? Reminds me of this:

Shows how many of the things are running about there If they arrested 70 odd and not even one is connected to those rapes...

Yes, no doubt they have neglected to perform similar clean-up operations in the past, which has undoubtedly has an effect on the general crime situation. But why did it have to come to this before they started doing their jobs? And how sustainable are these actions? My guess is that they will just go back to normal (i.e. do nothing) once the buzz around these horrific crimes have died down.

Seeing as they wore balaclavas it would be impossible to link them unless you had intelligence. The police just rounded up the usual suspects yes and are now waiting to see if any of them can be linked by DNA. Luckily none of them seem capable of affording a competent lawyer.

We all know it will just revert back to South Africa's 'normal' soon...

That area has always been creepy as ****. I did some photography studies in and around the dumps and abandoned buildings 10 years plus back. I still have photos of animal muti hanging in the trees. Blairwitch stuff. I never returned took my study subject matter elsewhere.

I gave you the source of my claims. What more do you want? Every death is documented in that book. The ANC killed about 21 000. Confirmed by the TRC and HRC.

Yet you still argue. Do you want me to post the entire book or TRC and HRC report here?
Have you read the book? Or just articles about the book. Because that's not what it says

I am sure some human rights organizations will come along shortly and cry xenophobia.

The women were probably also dressed slutty, just asking for it too. /s

No.

How the **** are you even justifying it?
He's not justifying it. He's calling out the thought process of people who would take 8 women to a remote place to film a video without any adequate protection.

My guess is that kickbacks and threats have been keeping SAPS pretty much dead quiet until this which will last for a week or two; or the length of Cele's attention or payoff span.

'I wanted to take all the pain so that they wouldn’t touch the girls' — model agent in Krugersdorp horror rape

A young woman, whose modelling agency organised for some of the Krugersdorp gang-rape victims to star in the music video, has told how she offered herself to the gang in exchange for the girls' safety.

Speaking to the media, the woman said she was raped by three balaclava-clad men when she attempted to protect the girls from being attacked.

What a horrible and traumatic experience to endure.

“I was blaming myself, thinking that if it hadn’t been for me, these girls wouldn’t be there. I felt responsible and I wanted to take all the pain so that they wouldn’t touch the girls.

“The first person who was raped was me. The first time, they took me to the bush and the second time, they took me to a hole where no one could see us. They kept telling the younger boys to rape us and they’d hit them and force them to do so.
So not just the woman were raped, those boys were raped as well. As if this story could get worse...

The "people" who do this to other human beings deserve nothing less than to spend the rest of their lives never knowing freedom again.

I know it would never happen now but these 'people' have no place in society and should be removed for everyones protection....By removed I simply mean killed.

This wasnt a simple robbery and a bit of a smack about...

How many times have they done this before....

Where was their security detail during all this? If they didn't have one then that's a lawsuit waiting to happen for the models against the media company.
