Imagine for one second if this was a white farming community stripping and beating black people like this for SUSPECTING them of committing a farm murder or rape!
Imagine for one second if a white farming community decides to act as these communities did, stoning SUSPECTED criminals to death just because they fit the description.

These people have no evidence that these young men did anything else but mine illegally(if they even have evidence for that!).

What gives them the right to beat another human being like that?
Why is black on black violence so normalized in this country?

Disgusting and savage behavior by these horrible people. They are bigger criminals than the zama zamas!

But you know we have 2 different systems for blacks and others, segregated.. because that's how they want it.

I’ve been involved in a few mine closure projects inside and outside (Canada, Australia, Chile). Our laws don’t differ much with the exception that here in SA, we have perpetual crime/corruption because of our government.

While building an abandonment berm and/or barricading old shafts is an acceptable method to prevent unauthorised thirty-party access into a closed mine, the problem with SA is that is not enough because of the criminal element that is allowed.

The other day I was discussing the Residual/Latent Risks of closing a diamond mine where we considered abandonment berms, fences vs pit flooding vs backfilling. While backfilling is probably the most effective method from a criminality deterrent point of view, it was going to cost $300 million and no company will invest in mining knowing that the cost of closing is so high, unjustifiable just because the government allows criminality/corruption to strive. As a result, are sitting with a major issue concerning sustainable mine closure, especially the legacy closed mines where there were no measures in place to force companies to be liable which means its now a responsibility of the state and us tax payers.

It sounds like it was done through an identity parade instead of forensic evidence? Hopefully there will be more investigations uncovering more evidence.
I imagine the forensic evidence must be an absolute mess with it being a gang rape. Hopefully the two tie up and the case is solid.

Once again, you are using false equivalence, which doesn't give your anecdote-based experience any credibility. You are trying to use poverty and race as an unjustified excuse for wrongdoing, and also making it appear to be unavoidable and commonplace, which is whataboutism.

Clearly having lived in townships, rural areas and suburbs makes you neither an expert in sociology nor one in criminology. There are many, many criminals, of all socioeconomic statuses. Just because they wear Armani suits, drive British sportscars and can afford lawyers does not make their actions any less criminal. What you ultimately seem to be driving at is to excuse people's criminal actions based on their race and LSM bracket. I disagree, there is one law for all, no matter who you think you are, or whoever's struggle-hero child you may be.
Your poor understanding of statistics is even worse. There are multiple studies that prove the prediction to commiting certain crimes.
1. Single parenthood
2. Abuse as a child
3. Poor socioeconomic status
4. Genetics
5. Malnutrition

i can look up studies for each and every one of these if you want.

This however doesn’t excuse crime by anyone falling under these things. But as government trying to combat crime, you can’t ignore these as a way of addressing crime.

How is it cultural then? What part of the culture encourages crime?
