Hi guys

I been running some tests and have a few questions i would like to address..
i noticed you get alot of 54mbps (G) units with high powered outputs....
the (N) units operating on 2.4Ghz are all on the limit 20dBm or 100mW.

Is the standard for outdoor hotspots still on 54mbs ? high powered or how does it compete with the 150/300mbps on the (N) technology... only on range! regardless of the data speed increase ;)

Thanks
Anti

I have found b/g @ 20mhz width has a much larger range and is more stable than N @ 40mhz....

Thats quite intresting... Makes sense bumping up HZ... less noise ect. As far as getting the better connection i recon G is still the way to go... restrickted to 54mb tho...
