808 down 16202 not updated

Called 808 coz billing info on 16202 hasnt been updated but hung up after holding for 20 minutes.

It says to press star to enter another number but even if you dont press star and enter a number it says that the number you entered is invalid and you must wait while it transfers you to an operator. No operator comes on the line.
 
Yea I also had issues with 808 on Thursday. Called from a Telkom line, press the * but nothing happend. None of the menu options did what I wanted and they kind of hide that press 0 for an operator option. I held for 40 mins and gave up.
Called back later from my cell and got thru quickly, but they could not hear me properly!!
Had to call back again and hold for 20 mins.

Am actualy trying to get their retentions department to renew my contract and give me a Tytn, but then after all that they said they are out of stock and I must call back in a week. They would not take my order. I also tried the local MTN shop, but they don't even have pricing on the Tytn and could not help.

I don't understand why it all cant be done from their website. Much simpler and easier, saves customers time and frees up their staff.

Tempted to just port to Vodacom, may be simpler and their 3G/HSDPA network is better anyhow.
