8TA 10GIG Promo contract renewal messed up by 8TA.

How do I get my contract renewal sorted out. I responded to 8TA advert requesting 10 GIG clients to renew their contracts and get 10 GIG night surfer free. I am being billed R299 instead of R199. 8TA on Facebook inbox refuse to see reason. My account number is xxx. I am enclosing a part of my correspondence with them for your information.

Copy of my reply for your att. WHO ever told you that story, is a stranger to the truth. I went to them in response to your Facebook advert stating that if we renew the contract to a 10+10 the price remains at R199. I even took a copy of the advert to show them. It was a white lady that helped me. I still expressed concern that 8TA would mess up again. She replied that if I had a problem I was to come to her and she would sort it out. I find it cheaper to discuss the matter via the 8TA inbox on Facebook . When I originally entered into the contract, it took me six months to sort out your mess. I am not prepared to go through the same process. It is impossible to speak to somebody in a managerial position at 8TA. If you have the guts, please pass. this communication on to your CEO. I am sorry that I did not answer your call as I was out for a while and it is to dangerous to carry a phone with you on our streets today. If I do not hear from you shortly, I shall pass. This message on to “ Hallo Peter” Thanks xxx I have on various occasion tried to contact their Mr Johann Henning, but have been ignored like a stop street. I am desperate , please help. Thanks xxx

This is common problem with all the contracts renewed with the special.
I am still struggling to sort out my account after 3 months. I have renewed my contract in September. everytime Telkom mobile rep tries to help, the billing department just credits the wrong amount but they do not fix the actual problem.
