8Ta 3G no signal in Sandton and pathetic customer care

I am working with my 8ta dongle for last 9 months in Sandton and it was working till now. Last Tuesday it stopped working and there is no sigal or sometimes intermittent signal but no work possible. I called call center on Wednesday and they troubleshooted till Friday(by different guys). When I insisted, case was logged on Friday only and now what was told to me during weekend by different guys.
1. Your home is out of coverage for 3 G...I was using it for 9 months and consumed 60 GB and sitting at heart of Sandton and told this now......:mad:
2. It will take 72 hours for call by technical team but generally they are quick & call same day....It was Friday
3. On Saturday, was told that it will take 5-7 days for a call.
4. On Saturday night, I was told that person will be there on Sundayy morning 7 AM
5. On Sunday morning, I was told that no one work during weekend:wtf:
6. On Sunday night, again they told 72 hours..:confused:
7. no one ready to give call to tech team
8. Today, I am told 72 business hours exclude weekend. so it is 13 days for response.:crying:

Also no alternative provided and was asked to buy all network data till issue is resolved. They want to earn from their problem also.:twisted:

Grow up 8TA..u r in compatative market

This is a problem for so many of us. You'll be lucky if you're Benmore side, one gets full signal there.

Quite amazing as Sandton Central is dead. Anyway, awesome result.

My own case # for Sandton signal issues: 10266218.

Just putting it out there but case # 7618354 got a data contract cancelled for the signal issues in Sandton. Precedent. :)
