Nice speeds there on the 8ta speedstick. I just wish the latancy compared favourable to ADSL 'cos my online games take a real knock from 3G.

Playing mw3 on 8ta flawlessly. Been 2 weeks now without lag. Anytime of the day actually.

Ja I know 6mb on the 10mb line is dissappointing. Point is the 8ta delivers pretty close to the theoretical max performance, obviously taking location, signal strength and all the other environ factors into account. In fact my 8ta speeds at home are often even faster, with bursts as high as 7mbps. Our account with Afrihost is set at 8mbps cause the ADSL line has never reached 7mbps... I don't see the point of paying R100+ extra a month for 10mb if the line isn't capable of it.

8ta is a solid option except for condition that the data is not carried over to the next month.
