8ta Bonus data

Did anyone else just get 10240mb from 8ta? I just loaded R149 to buy the 2+1 gig deal. I refreshed the 8ta page and behold bonus data for a month. I have a prepaid data sim.

I used to get 10gig but this month, on the very same deal, it is now just 2gig. Not that I am using it anyhow, just thought to share my latest experience.

Oh and I still have my R149.00. Very strange. Just says bonus data and will expire 2 April.

Pretty much, a Telkom wifi hotspot.

Don't get exited for nothing! Always dial USSD *188# to check what's available, normally they would send you 3 SMSes Free minutes, remaining data, then whatever promotion you've on your line example Wi-fi bonus data/free sim-sonke/free 8ta more airtime available etc

Back in the day a lot of things were for free Recharge with R100 and then you would receive R100 automatically across all prepaid packages.
