Hi,
I think I have tried everything to get my emails to send and I called the helpline but I cant get it to work.
Firstly, is the server smtp.siax.net or as smtp.live.com
The error I get with the first is that I cannot connect to outgoing mail server the error I get with the second is:
Send test e-mail message: Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first
When I google the second error it says something about setting up emails like the gmail and yahoo ones through outlook.
Sorry if my understanding is limited, I have not had that much experience with these kind of issues.
I tried to change the port settings also...
I think it may have to do with the authentication settings or maybe SLL of which I have no idea of how to set up.
Any assistance at this point will help.
