DA must be crazy. Cyril just dropped the levels to Lvl1. People having gathering from 750 to 2000.

People having social events and visiting friends and family and company gatherings... Wave4 is due in Nov/December. but the DA wants to end state of disaster?? oh my word.

The disaster... is happening right now. If they were smart, they would have kept everything on lvl2 till this virus is completely out of everyone's system. Off everyeone's radar. Then one can keep it in control.

Ramp up the vaccines to get that under control.

Then once the number of infections are down to a figure we can count on one or two hands in per week. Then one can lower to lvl1, put counter measures in place etc.

Control is key.

This rollercoaster of opening up... just to close down 3months later (because you opened everything up) is not good. It costs lives and not really getting a grip on this virus. Just doing a Yo-Yo between variants and waves.

State of disaster also means people must wear masks and certain regulations still apply. If that is gone.... then people will not be forced to wear masks or keep social distances etc.

So this is the 1st World(Keyword="Global") pandemic that just lingers on and on, so what is going to happen if another "deadly" one pops up-?
-Would this one be pushed aside and forgotton-?
-The MSM can handle only one big pandemic or Global event similar at any one time, like Climate Change & 4th Industrial Revolution was smothered overnight by this one-?
-if aliens land, will they be quarantined, and what would the MSM news look like then , with this one the narrative="COVID19" is pushed in every paragraph talked-?
