So, has anyone seen or read the Jon and Viserion tinfoil?

I don’t want to say too much ‘till folk have had a chance to watch the Arya scene again... but this time, turn your sound up and listen to what Jon shouts at Viserion when he breaks cover.

If I tell you what you’re listening for, the power of suggestion might sway you, but give it a listen and get back to me if you think there’s a discussion to be had about the sequence of events.

I rewatched it many times, in different picture brightness modes. But I don't think that theory is right.

We'll at least I didn't see him seeing anything else jn those scenes, but who knows

Thing is, once you hear it, you can’t unhear it... and what else makes sense?

I saw him distracting the dragon, which was guarding the entrance to the godswood, so Arya could get past...?

That’s the tinfoil...

He breaks cover and shouts “Go!” three times. Why do that unless it’s to distract Viserion so Arya can get into the godswood?

It may also be desperation, knowing that he is too late. Arya still had to get past a wight wall and 6th sense White Walkers to get to the Night King (who pretty much sense it all). I’m sorry to say, but Arya may have mastered the shadows, but she hasn’t mastered death. What do we say to the god of death... cheap, they made it very cheap in a very expensive production.

Come on, the writers even adapted Melisandre’s ‘prophecy’ to accommodate this one episode. That had everything to do with the list, with Melisandre added to the list. They even rearranged the eye colours to associate blue with the Night King.

I realise it has problems, I just like the idea ‘tho.

For what it is, it may very well be accepted as such. Anything to make the audience happy.
As it should. This is the TV show.

The book fanboys must wait until the book rather than take their frustrations out on the show...

Uhm, much have nothing to do with the books. It is basic continuity errors, it is as non of the previous season carry any weight of this one episode.

Just because you love the show doesn't mean that you have to accept it's faults.

Every show has faults. This is fiction, not real life. Take it for what it is and you won't be so angry...
