Show runners not going to touch Dorne after the backlash they got from fans for the way they handled that story line.

I like that one sandsnake that was standing behind the prison bars when Bronn was in jail there.

Original game of thrones would have had them all killed at winterfell and left Cercei to fight the night king

Not a hope in hell.

Cersei doesn’t get her first POV until A Feast For Crows, the fourth book.

Tyrion has 49 chapters, Jon has 42, Arya has 34, Dany has 31, Cat has 25... Then Sansa, then Bran, then Jaime, then Ned, then Theon, then Davos...

Then Cersei.

If you think ASoIaF is about Cersei, you’re wrong. Very, very wrong.

After everything John has been through, I don't think he would just give up like that and stand there for the dragon to kill him. He obviously knows he is no match for the dragon so he could have just left it and kept trying to move towards the Night King which he had being doing the whole episode. But he stayed with the dragon instead.

I will honestly say that I refuse the satisfaction of the showrunners cheapening the death of the Night King. If you know, Jon was flat on his back prior to yelling at the dragon, “GOOOOO – GO – GO” or was it “NOOOOO – No – NO’? Don’t know really, but now due to one person’s reddit post, everyone must be made to believe this theory, but we all heard “GOOOOO – GO – GO” right?

Arya had to make quite some ground from where we last saw her, and between that and Jon’s dragon scene we now need to accept this, no. Maybe the scene is too dark, will try to follow one of the thousand guides now available of correctly tuning your television for this one episode as it should be tuned now for absolutely everything, because HBO.

What really grates me, after this one episode, the Night King had no reason whatsoever to come South of the wall. He already marked Bran and could have taken care of Bran North of the wall at any time since then. We don’t even know why they stopped their previous war on men, we don’t even know why he wanted to kill the Three-Eyed Raven. What was the motivation of the Night King, other than illustrating global warming?

Like the many other critics of this episode, nobody has a problem with Arya killing the Night King, it was how it was done with no substance other than portraying her as, on the spot, Azor Ahai. Jon should have been more involved, there should have been more story to the Night King, than someone theorising “GOOOOO – GO – GO” in probably the ‘darkest’ scene in television history if don’t know how to properly configure your television or monitor that is.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a staff member of HBO dropping the ‘hint’ on reddit.

Here is the scene for those with interest,

just remember to tune your display with HBO 'proper' specifications.

She went with her ships back to the iron islands to retake the throne there (while Euron is gone to King's Landing) and to be a fall back position just in case Winterfell didn't survive the army of the dead. She told all of this to her brother after he freed her and before he left for Winterfell.

Even if Yara is able to retake the throne, Euron is more popular among the Ironborn.

That is dark as hell. If this is what it looked like on TV then I finally understand people's complaints. I watched a downloaded copy which was way brighter.

Ironborn follow whomever wins a fight. If Yara takes the throne and kills anybody that tries to stop her, the ones that don't resist her will support her. Theon even got a bunch of them to head north.

When and where is she going to fight Euron?

Man it sure would be nice if Howland Reed showed and confirm to everyone Jon's legitimacy. But it's too late in the endgame now.

Euron isn't on the Iron Islands. If she goes there and takes the throne by force there will be those that follow her. Euron will have to go back.

Why would Euron want to go back when they are in support of Cercei's conquest, not to mention that he took the Ironborn fleet for shipping the Golden Company to Westeros or is 'another' Ironborn fleet magically going to appear in record time?

What does the Iron Fleet have to do with Yara going back to the Iron Islands?

Do you think Euron is going to be content when he learns that his erstwhile prisoner and rival to his throne is back on the Iron Islands?

I’m quite sure he already knows that Yara escaped. Without any Ironborn fleet, Yara is of no threat. For the Ironborn, it is who commands the Iron Fleet. Euron last ordered them to build 1000 ships, ‘all’ of which is used in support of Cercei.

Yara is on her way back to take the Iron Island’s in the name of Daenerys, she isn’t taking the Iron Fleet from Euron. Like she said, ‘Euron can’t defend the Iron Islands, not if he’s in King’s Landing with all his men and his ships. We can take our home back”. She can take their home back, but she can’t take Ironborn other than those loyal to her back.

The only dark horse is the Iron Bank (and Golden Company due to coin), but this card shouldn’t be used to cheapen the show any further. There is absolutely zero connection of the Golden Company to the Targaryen’s in the TV series and for that, they have no reason for existing their contract. Unless another on the spot things are to happen. The Iron Bank, they have made their terms known on many an occasion.

All Yara can give is a place of refuge, if she manage to take it back, while Euron is away.

Unfortunately the showrunners made cersei much smarter then she actually is cause they liked the actress.

To be fair, I prefer Cersei in the series over the books one, same as I liked the fact that the series killed off Catlyn Stark, I hated her chapters in the book sigh :-(
