But, but… they needed the Lannister army…

Strictly speaking, not even the Unsullied in their high numbers would have had a chance against the Golden Company, so I don’t even know how and why they are going to siege or invade King’s Landing. King’s Landing, thanks to Qyburn, Qyburn who also negotiated the Iron Bank deal, had Ballistas installed on King’s Landings outer wall, perhaps also on the inner wall to also act as anti-air.

Just to add, the Golden Company in the books are 10 000 strong, in the series they made them 20 000 strong.

Cercei have to be assassinated. Arya or brother Jaime, the kill is in their hands. And still, then there is Emporer Qyburn and Darth Mountian who would probably make better rulers than any other person in Westeros, but one will probably go out quickly and the other is lined up with the Super, a-hem, Cleganebowl. Fan service.

This battle is going to be cheaper than the Night King invasion.

Euron also doesn’t give a toss whether a dragon dive attacks his ship, it is to be expected, a dragon is an aerial unit, duh. Just have more ships, he has ~1000, positioned more to the back to guard those angles. It is not rocket science, other than a ballista not really able to shoot up into the air, due to poor velocity, it is more a lob at the point it is too heavy at the high arc. Fiction, leaving it at that, but scorpions would have made more sense.

The showrunners did poor research, and they didn’t have any reason to cheapen anything. Better writing was required.
They did not get the Lannister army anyway there should have been very little left after D scorched them

Check now, it was said that the Iron Islands was retaken by Yara, and since time have no meaning in Westeros because ‘Winter’ isn’t coming anymore, she is going to rival Euron in ship-to-ship combat, and this is going to be downright silly and 'expensively' cheap.

Yara is taking out Euron. I'm saying it now.

So there's these other big houses like redwyne and hightower, the reach has 100 000 soldiers, Dany only scorched the Tarlys, but yeah, maybe some of the other houses makes a surprise appearance in the final battle Littlefinger style, but I don't expect it.
Wouldn't want to live in westeros at the beginning of the series, but it must be nice now, 1 000 000 women for every man.

Euron probably has about 3 times the number of ships and has the Scorpion on his ships I think it is more likely he died on land

Just to illustrate how 1000 ships would look like in Blackwater Bay, I wouldn’t even be surprised that Euron’s ships were anchored up to the point where Danny ran into their ‘ambush’.

Yara will need to meet him head-on in any case. Not to mention, the distance Danny and co. had to march to King's Landing... I hope they stopped by route 30, or Old Stone Bridge, to have some grub, ale and w(h)ine.

They used all their resources to build the 1000 ships, Euron ordered the Ironborn to get all the available timber to construct those ships. Then they had a little battle, hardly lost any ships, so I can’t even see how Yara is able to muster up more than 50 ships and that is being generous.

Nah, that is just writing going to sh*t.

Daenerys has;

- Without force or threat of violence, gotten the Dothraki to follow her
- Played and outsmarted various Masters of Essos
- Freed and by free-will got the Unsullied to follow her
- Listened to her advisors against her own beliefs and often against her own better judgement. She did not like nor trust the Masters or their slaving or their fighting pits, but she listened to her advisors and let them be. Then the Harpies turned up and everything went to sh*t so she had to put everyone down.
- She left as the de-facto ruler or Essos
- She has the support of Yara's Greyjoy faction and got the Dornish on her side. Before that Highgarden was an ally until House Tyrrell was wiped out by Cersei.
- She just legitimised Gendry Baratheon, which is a long-game of securing another ally.

She has used compassion, freedom of choice and politics alongside force to gain her followers. She is not dumb and has listened to people around her, for the good and bad.

The writers have failed her now. They want a weak Dany so she can become the Mad Queen so they've made her stupid and impulsive.
There were a few scenes that did point to her power hungriness and low tolerance to compromised, but the writers always down played them for the sake of fan service I think.

The worst part about that scene, when the two hands entered negotiations. Qyburn was very reasonable, Tyrion even told him that he is a rational man which Qyburn acknowledged and then continued by asking Qyburn's help. Both acknowledged to avoid carnage and Qyburn stated to be only Cersei’s mouthpiece, which is correct as an ambassador and when starting to explain his reasoning… to which Tyrion responded by marching towards his sister to serve her with several reminders, only to push his sister in quicker action by ordering the obedient Mountain to slay Missandei.

All Tyrion’s doing, really, he gave Cersei a reason to doubt and she overcame that, so did Tyrion act as Danny’s mouthpiece, no. Yes, he is crapping his pants, he tried to avoid the Mad Queen’s terror, the path Danny is transcending in which he, by caring for his sister, helped pushed in.

Tyrion is turning bitches into witches.

I actually thought Cersei was quite liking to Missandei. Torture would have been the run of mill, then even gave her time to say some last words.
<SNIP>
I was totally dreading Missandei's death, but in the end they blurred it and it was probably one of the less painful and more civilised ways to expire. Since it was blurred in the background, i think they should have had Ser Gregor cleave her in half or something instead

Apparently there was a post on Reddit a couple months leaking the story of the entire season and so far those leaks are 100% right

Dunno. The look on Dany's face wasn't exactly one of sorrow or fear, but of fury. Don't think I've seen her with that expression before in the show, like when someone is so angry they want to burst into tears. I reckon it has the making of a Mad Queen, and I reckon she's going to go against her advisors and "burn the children" of Westeros. Just not sure how, with just one dragon and a depleted army...

"Dracarys" carried more weight than I think many have let on when it was the last thing Missandei said.

Yeah, she's going to burn King's Landing to the ground if she can

What is the meaning of Dracarys?

Well literally, "Dracarys" means "Dragonfire" in High Valyrian. It's the word Dany uses to signal to her dragon, Drogon, that she wants him to go all evil-fire-destruction...

Bran's flashback was foreshadowing,
