One thing I still think is great about this series, is the theme music, just love those cello's.

Just wish they would transmit the sound in proper high resolution, because even though I turn the volume up, its all smeared by compression. But still it's great!

The season 7 soundtrack,

Music of Game of Thrones by Ramin Djawadi,

and it is available on most popular streaming services.

No. Just a blurb that says e.g. "2 weeks later" or something like that.

The fact that you had an issue with it means that you knew it takes some time to travel. So they don't have to put in "2 weeks later".

The only time I really had any issue with the instant travel was when it actually was instant travel. Back in season 7 when John and co went north of the wall to catch an undead.

Gendri managed to run back to the wall, then they sent a raven to Dragonstone which is all the way south, and then Daenerys flew north with her dragons. All this happened in a few hours, not more than a day. That was pretty impossible.

Check now, it was said that the Iron Islands was retaken by Yara, and since time have no meaning in Westeros because ‘Winter’ isn’t coming anymore, she is going to rival Euron in ship-to-ship combat, and this is going to be downright silly and 'expensively' cheap.

Yara is taking out Euron. I'm saying it now.
Euron probably has about 3 times the number of ships and has the Scorpion on his ships I think it is more likely he died on land

How many men does Yara have, after Euron took most with him? She probably won't even have enough to pilot 5 ships, let alone 1000 (only Jack can pilot a ship on his own). But this ìs fantasy, and as some said, time has no baring here....woman on the Iron Islands probably bore children and they are fully grown within 3 episodes.

Euron sunk Danny’s fleet. I don’t even know how they got unsullied across the channel for their march towards King’s Landing. Danny will need to replace her ships and the Iron Islands will replace those ships. There is also Dorne which has been written off??? Don’t know, but they are supposed to have a fleet and for some reason, they said their prince sided with Danny… you know, their prince is RIP, unless of course, the people voted in a new line of succession.

I don’t want to talk about Game of Thrones anymore, the showrunners managed to make fiction out of fiction.

As a story obviously the dragon lady is going to win but honestly her tactical awareness is zero She has no clue and her advisors are not much better Cersei has much more tactical awareness than Daenerys Cersei learnt from her mistakes Daenerys seems happy to wing it Scuse the pun

Ja, this, she just flying willi-nilly, back to Dragon Stone. Without sending scouts ahead, without thinking of the enemy maybe planning a trap. Just stupid, I mean, no advisers or generals with any kind of battle experience will fall for something like this, so easy....

Seeing as it's all D&D at this stage, let's see if they can give the greatest show in TV history a proper send off. Important to note that they're unable to change anything based on fan backlash/reaction now, as the show wrapped up filming and production over a year ago already. So we're just going to have to live with whatever they've decided to scribble for the last 2 episodes of GoT EVER.

Let's see how far off the mark we can get, shall we?

The Golden Company, while having stationed a 20k-strong force in Westeros, have historically always fought for and been loyal to the Targaryens (they came from House Blackfyre, after all) - and yes, they HAVE broken contracts before.

The Iron Bank may have funded the deal, but Cersei has effectively already paid them back, and the IB's power has always been the fact that they "own" houses because of their debt, so have always been able to influence them. When the debt is all paid up, not so much.

The only thing on Euron's mind at the moment is how Tyrion knows Cersei is pregnant, when she's supposedly only just found out.

I think all this is going to culminate in Cersei getting done pretty soon.

History means nothing now, it's all about fan service.

I predict that Hot Pie saves the day, he brings everyone some warm pies and they all have a good laugh about all the misunderstandings, roll credits.

Fan service, not so sure. The last three episodes are the most hated out of all 8 seasons - and not because someone's favourite character died, but because the writing was just plain sloppy and didn't seem like it was going anywhere. Almost liked they got to a point in production and figured out they didn't have anymore material from GRR Martin, so just winged it.

Everything is purely speculation at this point anyway, because there is no possible comparison with canon as the book hasn't been completed yet. BUT, even though D&D seem to be in control, I can't help but feel that GRR would have had some hand in this season, and especially how it, and the entire series, ends. Either that, or we're going to have a TV series and a book series that have completely different endings.

What's the bet that Winds of Winter will be released shortly after the TV series ends, and will follow a completely different plot trajectory to the TV series?

It will more than likely have the same ending as the TV show just with much more detail. I still think making the last season 6 episodes was a mistake because it definitely feels rushed and the book won't.

There's no Night King in the books though, so no-one for Ayra to kill...

She hinted at it when they last met but that would have been months ago (she wasn't drinking wine and rubber her tummy)

Either she was lying back then or she was already pregnant and its Jamie's kid again.
I don't think that Euron will really care now - as long as everyone believes its his.

Its will definitely but then ultimately have the same ending... like Dany burns kings landing and then dis deposed and Jon takes the Crown. There are many ways to arrive at the same ending.

Stanis and Lady stone heart are two very big differences that we know already.

Thanks.

It's nice, but the recording is not very high quality. But while listening to that and searching for other similar I came across this.

Which is quite good! Certainly comes through very nicely on my system (as my neighbours can probably attest).

Just wish I could get it on Flac instead of having to stream it.

Hopefully. GRRM needs to rectify the mess the last 2 seasons has been.
