Okay the direction they're going with with Loras Tyrrel is seriously screwing with my mind. Those that are up to date with the books will know. ;)

Could fit into AFFC but it's in ASOS.

The War of the Kings (Started in GoT book 1/S1) peaked and ended in ASOS so it doesn't make sense to include a certain wedding in AFFC since the AFFC storyline focuses on the aftermath of the War of the Kings, hence the reason it's called 'A FEAST FOR CROWS'.

No problem with that... I think they'll probably deal with Tywin and Tyrion in season four as well.

The whole Theon story arch... did I miss something or was this not in the books?

SPOILERS!

They are taking liberties to flesh out his story and keep him in the minds of the audience because he plays a further role later on in the books.
But in the books themselves he pretty much disappears out of view for a long time, until we see him appear later with another name and in a very changed form.
We then find out what has happened to him all this time.

Not so much "Lord" Bolton... That would be Roose Bolton, but I get where you're coming from. ;)
I think they'll have to include quite a bit, given that developments there become a major driver for some of the main POV characters in ADWD.

The person doing the torturing is the Bastard of Bolton... i.e. Roose Bolton's bastard son.

SPOILERS!

So what they'll probably do is show what happens to him now and then when the other story arcs pick up pace later in the season they'll leave him... only for him to come back in later seasons as this changed oke.

Just finished S2.
What I find impressive is the talent from the young cast.
Their roles are quite demanding.

/Bastards, dwarves and whores , stop spoiling this thread.

I forget, what happened to Rickon in the TV series?

He was taken by one of the lords to one of the castles in the North for protection. I forget which one.
Probably not really relevant. He is obviously a minor character... for now.

Oh, I somehow missed that then... I recall seeing Bran, Hodor, Osha and the other 2 together, but not Rickon

Oh hang on I think you're right... sorry. Gary was he taken by the Reeds' parents? (can't remember now, damnit... They didn't show it happening did they?)

I think it is in episode 3x02 that they split up.... The episode is called "Dark Wings, Dark Words"

Are you sure ?

I got the impression that he was just forgotten about in the books. In episode 9 he is still with the party (Sorry if that is a spoiler for anyone)

There is a Rickon meme... and the general consensus is that he has just been forgotten about. In the book the last time you see him is when they are hiding in the castle.

Wasn't Rickon sleeping where Hodor was standing in the last episode?

No, I specifically remember them saying something like "We don't want both little lords together or else they might be killed, better to split them up"

Then Osha hands the younger one off to somebody else, and they go on with Bran alone.

I'm trying to find the scene.
