Shall submit my offer.

In all honesty, the house just lacks "personality" for me.

Nice location, and some nice bits and pieces in the house but overall, just feels horribly sterile.

I'd take an old Cape Dutch style house a thousand times over something like this.

It's done very neatly, but as you said - lacks a 'soul' for lack of a better word.

I'd take a merger of Cape Dutch and the modern to be honest.. but it needs that "soul" to be attractive... also I'm slightly over the idea of a large home. Pain in the rear end to maintain.

Finally a house without all that clutter designers seem to love

The only things that matter are:

1. Does the roof leak?
2. Do the toilets work?
3. Is the house free of service delivery issues?

The rest is just rubbish.

"According to property group Seeff, the luxury end of the market is seeing an uptick in activity, with foreign investors seeking opportunities to store looted money in property's in desirable locations around the world"
