you think that's bad.
I recently chatted with someone on Discord, and he told me, if we all consider leaving SA, to not come to the US. He told me flat out, that when he's finished with university he is leaving the US. Called the place a "complete f**kup of crazy crazies and stupid laws"

He is welcome to swap with me any day of the week and twice on the weekends.

I'll take the stupid crazy US laws over this shithole any day.

And also this just proves Taxation is theft.

And finally
Epstien didn't kill himself.

Land of the free, home of the lawsuit.
That kinda is the idea though. The idea of the US is to allow as much personal freedom as possible. You can't do this if you are bound by a million government regulations. However you also want to live in a peaceful society where people can get justice for wrongdoings against them. This is what tort law solves.

The problem in the US is that they have a jury making decisions, which is simply retarded. It is like getting 10 members of the public to design a bridge.

Yeah USA seems like a f#cked up place when you look behind the curtain. I heard or read, that it's also illegal in some states to collect rain water from your roof or have solar panels installed because all sunshine and rain within American borders belongs to the government. Crazy
Democrats. The party of Big Government Coercion and Compulsion. They've been destroying America for ninety years.

This legislation was voted in by a Republican state legislature and signed into law by a Republican Governor.

There is no perfect human system for justice, the jury system however gives room for sidestepping the possible bias of a particular judge given that the jury selection process is not corrupt.

Those evil Dem's are destroying America.

It was enacted by Republicans. Signed into law by a Republican Governor who is a long time Bush supporter and close associate.

...

I completely agree. Without understanding legal aspects and without proper training of assessing legal evidence, I would not trust myself to make a unbiased judgement.

I don't think it creates trust in a legal system.

You can make a really good legal argument against the judgement of an expert. You can't do that with a jury because they essentially look at feels.
